National Beef Quality Audit – Results That Impact You

Michaela Clowser, Director of Producer Education for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) along with Tammy Vaassen, Executive Director of the WI Beef Council, and Bill Halfman, UW-Madison Division of Extension State Beef Specialist discussed the 2022 NCBA Quality audit results with dairy and beef producers during virtual meetings on January 18, 2023. The evening session was recorded and available on the Extension YouTube channel.

Since 1991, the Beef Check-off funded National Beef Quality Audit has delivered a set of guideposts and measurements for cattle producers and other stakeholders to help determine quality conformance of the U.S. beef supply.
